Cancellation Policy

EVENT GLAM & BRIDAL TRIAL APPOINTMENTS BOOKING FEE A 50% non-refundable booking fee (deposit) is required at checkout to secure your appointment. The remaining 50% is due on the day of your appointment. CANCELLATIONS More than 72 hours' notice: Your booking fee may be transferred once to a new appointment date. Less than 72 hours' notice: Your booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Less than 24 hours' notice: Your booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, and the remaining balance of your appointment will also be payable. LATE ARRIVALS If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled as there may no longer be sufficient time to complete your service. If cancelled due to late arrival, your booking fee will be forfeited and the remaining balance will be due. NO SHOWS Failure to attend your appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. Your booking fee will be forfeited and the remaining appointment balance will be payable. PLUS ONES & CHILDREN Appointments are strictly limited to the person receiving the service. No additional guests, plus ones or children are permitted to attend or wait during your appointment. Please arrange alternative care prior to attending. ILLNESS & CONTAGIOUS CONDITIONS Please do not attend if you are unwell or experiencing symptoms of a cold, flu, COVID-19 or another contagious illness. As I work in close contact with clients, I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue the service where I reasonably believe proceeding may pose a health or safety risk. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By paying your booking fee (deposit), you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the terms above. BRIDAL MAKEUP & GROUP RESERVATIONS Bridal wedding-day and group reservation Terms & Conditions differ from those above. Your applicable Terms & Conditions will be emailed to you prior to securing your date. Payment of your booking fee confirms acceptance of those Terms & Conditions.
