EVENT MAKEUP & BRIDAL TRIAL APPOINTMENTS
BOOKING FEE
A 50% non-refundable booking fee (deposit) is required at checkout to secure your appointment. The remaining 50% is due on the day of your appointment.
CANCELLATIONS
More than 72 hours' notice: Your booking fee may be transferred once to a new available appointment date.
Less than 72 hours' notice: Your booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Less than 24 hours' notice: Your booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, and the remaining balance of your appointment will be payable.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and the remaining balance will be due. This ensures your allocated makeup time and appointments scheduled after yours are not impacted.
Booking fees will not be refunded or transferred due to late arrival.
PHONE USAGE
To maintain a calm, focused environment and allow me to provide the best possible service, please refrain from using your phone while your makeup is being applied.
PLUS ONES & CHILDREN
Appointments are strictly limited to the person receiving the service. No additional guests, plus ones or children are permitted to attend or wait during your appointment. Please arrange alternative care prior to attending.
ILLNESS & CONTAGIOUS CONDITIONS
Please do not attend if you are unwell or experiencing symptoms of a cold, flu, COVID-19 or another contagious illness.
As I work in close contact with clients, I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service where I reasonably believe proceeding may pose a health or safety risk. Normal cancellation terms may apply.
NO SHOWS
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. Your booking fee will be non-refundable and non-transferable, and the remaining appointment balance will be payable.
Clients who fail to attend an appointment without notice may also be refused future bookings with The Glam by Alexis.

BRIDAL PARTY & GROUP MAKEUP BOOKINGS
Separate Terms & Conditions apply to bridal party and group makeup bookings. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions provided to you via email prior to confirming your booking.
