EVENT GLAM
Feel and look your best as "The Glam by Alexis" creates a makeup look to enhance and compliment all your features and to help make you feel confident for your event or special occasion.

BRIDAL GLAM
Bridal glam is what I do best. Think soft, polished, and made to last all day (and night). From tailored skin prep to the final touch, my goal is to make you feel confident, calm, and radiant from the first look to the last dance.
Bride – $320 (90 mins)
Full bridal glam including tailored skin prep, under-eye masks, false lashes, and a personalised touch-up kit to keep you glowing all day.
Bridal Party / Guests – $240 pp (60 mins)
Soft glam designed to complement the bride’s look. Includes skin prep, under-eye masks, and false lashes for each guest.

BRIDAL TRIAL
Bridal trials are essential and important for all brides as they are used to discuss the desired bridal look in depth and determine the best products to suit your skin ensuring longevity of the bridal makeup.

Beauty notes of the completed look are kept on file to ensure the bridal look is replicated on the day of the wedding.

1 ON 1 MAKEUP LESSONS
Learn how to create one of Alexis' signature makeup looks. Alexis will teach and guide you through an entire look, sharing tips and tricks she uses to achieve a flawless makeup look.

Alexis will share all the best products to use to complete the look and explains how to best use them.

Makeup lessons take place out of the "The Glam by Alexis" studio in Oakleigh East. Alexis has two 1:1 lessons to choose from . One lesson is targeted towards aspiring and established makeup artists and another separate lesson is for your everyday beauty wanting to brush up on their own makeup skills for when they do their own makeup. All products and equipment is supplied by Alexis.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
EVENT MAKEUP /BRIDAL TRIAL APPOINTMENTS
Booking Fees - Upon checkout a 50% non refundable booking fee (deposit) is required to secure your booking with the remaining 50% due on the day of your appointment.
Cancellations - If you cancel your appointment with more than 72 hours notice of your scheduled appointment, your deposit can be transferred to a new date. If you cancel your appointment with less than 72 hours notice, the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance nor is the deposit transferrable to another date.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, your deposit is not refundable nor transferrable to another date and you will be required to pay the remaining balance for the appointment.
Late to your appointment - If you are any more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment with me, your appointment will be cancelled and the remaining balance will be due. This is in place to respect your makeup time with me and to respect clients booked in after you. No refunds of deposits will be issued under any circumstance for being late.
Phone usage - ​To ensure a tranquil and focused environment in our studio, we kindly request that clients refrain from using their phones during makeup appointments. This policy is in place to provide you with the best and most undistracted makeup experience.
No children - For safety and concentration purposes, children and infants are not allowed in the studio.
No Shows - If you are a "no show" to your appointment, your deposit is under no circumstance refundable or transferrable and you will be charged the remaining amount owing. You will be blacklisted from rebooking with The Glam by Alexis.
By paying the booking fee (deposit), you understand and accept the terms and conditions stated above. ​
BRIDAL PARTY MAKEUP/ GROUP MAKEUP BOOKINGS
Booking Fee (Deposit):
A non-refundable booking fee (deposit) of 50% of the total service cost is required to secure your event date and time. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances once paid. Your booking is not confirmed until the booking fee is received.
Final Payment Options:

Pay in Full for 10% Discount: If you choose to pay the full amount upfront at the time of booking, you will receive a 10% discount on the total service cost. Please note that this payment is non-refundable once made.

Standard Payment Schedule: If opting for the standard payment plan, the remaining balance is due either:

48 hours prior to the event: If paying via bank transfer. No transfers will be accepted on the day of the event.

On the day of the event: If paying in cash.

Failure to make the payment within the stipulated time may result in the cancellation of services, with no refund of the deposit.
Downsizing:
Once the booking fee (deposit) has been paid and the booking confirmed, any reduction in the number of services (e.g., reducing the number of bridal party members) will not result in a reduction of the agreed-upon total cost. This policy ensures compensation for potential other clients turned away for the same date.
Travel and Parking:
Travel fees are calculated based on your event’s location. Onsite parking must be provided and is included in the travel fee. Any parking charges incurred due to the unavailability of onsite parking will be due and charged.
No Bullying/Harassment Policy:
A respectful, professional environment is non-negotiable. Any form of bullying, harassment, or disrespect toward myself or any makeup artists working alongside me will not be tolerated. In the event of such behaviour, I reserve the right to immediately cease services, and no refunds will be issued. This applies to all interactions before, during, and after the event.
Early Morning Surcharge:
For services scheduled to begin before 7:00AM, an additional fee of $100 will be applied. This surcharge reflects the extra preparation and early setup required to accommodate your event, ensuring the highest level of service and attention to detail.
Cancellations and Refunds:

30 Days or More Before the Event: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will forfeit the deposit but incur no additional charges.

Within 30 Days of the Event: Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will require full payment of the remaining balance. The deposit and any full payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Cancellation by "The Glam by Alexis":

Should "The Glam by Alexis" need to cancel your booking due to illness, emergency, or any other unforeseen event, you will receive a full refund of the booking fee (deposit). Additionally, we will make every effort to assist in finding an alternative makeup artist for your event.
Acceptance of Terms:
By paying the booking fee (deposit), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions in full. Your payment signifies your acceptance of all policies regarding deposits, payments, cancellations, and additional fees. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details, including service requests and event logistics, are accurate and agreed upon before securing your booking.
