Service Description

If you are looking to brush up on your skills and learn some new tips, techniques and tricks of the trade, this lesson is for you. This 1:1 intensive lesson is for the aspiring and established artist wanting to elevate their game. As part of this in depth lesson, Alexis will guide you through one of her signature looks, discuss all of her favourite makeup products and kit must haves. We will discuss all of the essential information on client experience, social media marketing, how to attain your ideal clientele and run through the fundamentals of running a client focused business.

Cancellation Policy

Booking Fee - Upon checkout a 50% non refundable booking fee (deposit) is required to secure your booking with the remaining 50% due on the day of your appointment. Cancellations - If you cancel your appointment with more than 72 hours notice of your scheduled appointment, your deposit can be transferred to a new date. If you cancel your appointment with less than 72 hours notice, the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance nor is the deposit transferrable to another date. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, your deposit is not refundable nor transferrable to another date and you will be required to pay the remaining balance for the appointment.Late to your appointment - If you are any more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and the remaining balance will be due. No Shows - If you are a "no show" to your appointment, your deposit is under no circumstance refundable or transferrable and you will be charged the remaining amount owing. By paying the booking fee (deposit), you understand and accept the terms and conditions stated above. 1:1 MAKEUP LESSONS Booking Fees - To secure your 1:1 makeup lesson, a non-refundable booking fee (deposit) is required upon checkout. The remaining balance is due on the day of your lesson. Cancellations - More than 72 Hours Notice: If you cancel with more than 72 hours' notice before your scheduled lesson, your deposit can be transferred to a new date - Less than 72 Hours Notice: If you cancel within 72 hours of your lesson, the deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date. Less than 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, your deposit will not be refunded or transferred, and you will be required to pay the remaining balance. - Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your lesson will be canceled, and the remaining balance will be due. This policy respects both your time and that of other clients. Deposits will not be refunded for late arrivals under any circumstances. No Shows - Non refundable, non transferable and you will owe the outstanding balance. Your Terms and Conditions will always be sent to you prior to locking in your date with your booking fee (deposit).
